ABS provides customers off-site storage and retrieval for paper records. ABS' business model for storing hard copy is unique because once we store the paper records, we never move them from the warehouse, unlike most off-site storage companies. Most storage companies have file runners that charge an exorbitant fee to retrieve and hand-deliver paper upon request. ABS' strategy is to immediately scan the requested file and send an encrypted digital copy to the customer, thereby lowering the cost to retrieve a file, as well as keeping the original documents more secure. Also if more than one person has requested the document, it is available for immediate delivery to the second request.

ABS is a Dealer for a host of filing and storage companies. Our Direct Line shelving solution is used throughout healthcare, government, and private offices across the nation. Direct Line provides ABS with High Density Moveable Shelf Filing Systems, Static Shelving for any imaginable storage need, including school lockers, pallet shelving for warehousing, special trays and bins for military needs, and every filing component from generation to destruction. This includes pressboard folders to legal/government requirements and automated online color=coded labels for any existing filing system.

Finally, as a complement to our innovative product lines for office automation, ABS is a Dealer for SMI (Southern Metal Industries). SMI manufacturers Systems Furniture, sometimes referenced as Ergonomic Work Solutions. ABS has staff to work with architects and designers to provide systems design, pricing and installation.
